Here's one for the unintentionally funny file. It turns out that Iraq has one more thing in common with Vietnam. Apparently, Vietnam was
sold on false intelligence too. I realize that people have been questioning the Gulf of Tonkin attack's veracity for decades, but to have it finally, unquestionably debunked is darkly humurous.
If anything our intelligence agencies have improved since the 60s because at least this time, they didn't fudge the data, Cheney did.
