The ladies are getting fatter, sizes getting, smaller?
Sorry ladies, you've all gotten really fat, but the fashion industry doesn't have the heart to tell you.

I find this kind of disturbing. Do average consumers fall for this ruse and think they haven't gained any weight because their size has stayed the same?

This has already happened to some extent w/ men's clothes. For instance, a size 34 jeans is really a 38 waist.

Oh, it's plenty ridiculous. I'm now wearing 0 size suit jackets. I'm a nullity. Non existant. 0!

I just measured my size 36 pants and they are actually 38's I must be fatter than I thought. I've been snookered by the fashion industry!
