I would have thought that was Tilton as well, given the "Prayer Cloth" thing in the lower left corner. Maybe other televangelists are horning in on that particular racket.
I remember the Lutheran churches I used to attend would make recordings of the Sunday services for elderly and feeble church members who couldn't make it to the service, along with hot meals. Perhaps not the most tactful terminology, but still a thoughtful thing to do.
