Everytime I hear about this thing I hear my AP Euro teacher explaining why my answer was wrong on a test. Although I'm not sure how anyone is supposed to connect the expression "Bermuda Triangle" with sex. The answer was supposed to be about Medieval ideas of women's sexuality. He called it "the Cult of the Virgin," the virgin being the Virgin Mary. In Medieval Europe society placed a high premium on virginity. The only other way women could get real respect was as mothers. I really don't understand this premium placed on virginity. It must be the only way one can be respect for INexperience.
